Solicitud de súplica contra el Auto 1085/22, mediante el cual se rechazó por improcedente la solicitud de nulidad presentada en contra de la Sentencia T-148/21 y el Auto 1188/21.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación recordó que el recurso de súplica solo procede contra el auto del magistrado sustanciador que decide el rechazo de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad, por lo que el recurso formulado en esta oportunidad deviene improcedente y por eso decidió RECHAZARLO.
